Return & Refund Policy
- Once shipped, Gold & Silver Coins, Bars, and Golden Frames cannot be returned.
- Returns are only accepted in cases of product defects or courier damage, subject to proof (photos/videos). After verification, the return will be processed.
- Gold and Diamond Jewellery, Silver Articles, and Silver Utensils may be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided the item is undamaged and accompanied by valid proof.

- The buyer is responsible for the shipping charges when returning a product.

Buyback Policy:
· Gold & Silver Coins/Bars: 5% deduction from the prevailing live market rate.
· Gold and Diamond Jewellery: Only the gold component is eligible for buyback with 5 % Deduction.Diamonds are accepted after complete verification of our products.
· Silver Articles and Silver Utensils: 10% deduction, subject to a confirmed purity test.
· Buyback is calculated based on the live market rate on the day the product is received.
· Buyback payment will only be processed after valid Government ID proof and will be made via URD transfer only (no cash transactions)
· Only BuyBack on which products buy from our website only
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
- Delivery timelines are specified at the time of order. However, the Company does not guarantee timely delivery in case of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
- Delivery shall be made only to addresses within India.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

How EMI Works
- You can choose your favourite product and avail the EMI facility 2 , 3, and 6 months for hassle-free payments.
- Your order will be dispatched after the final EMI payment is completed, along with a proper invoice.
